Questions about pricing
What counts as billable time?
The time the call is connected, from the answer to the hang-up, billed by the second at €0.23 per minute. A started second counts in full. Time on hold or waiting on the line is part of the call and costs the same.
Do I pay for calls nobody answers?
No. Calls that are not answered, are busy or do not connect are free, and there is no connection fee.
How are retries charged?
Each retry is a separate call. You pay only for the ones that are answered, for the time they last.
How much balance does a call need?
A call starts only when your available balance covers at least 2 minutes (€0.46). While it runs, the call reserves up to 30 minutes of balance; when it ends you pay for the actual time and the rest is released at once.
How do I add funds?
By card through Stripe, from €5 to €200 at a time. Your balance is in euros: there are no credits and no subscription.
Is there a starting credit?
Yes. When you sign in with Google or an email link, your account gets €2 of starting credit, once per account. It does not expire.
