Terms of use
Provider
Call Helper is run by Aleksandr Zalesov. Contact details are in the legal notice.
The service
Call Helper is an AI assistant. You describe a task, it prepares the task with you, calls businesses on your behalf and reports what it found out or booked.
The calls are made by an AI voice agent, not by a person. How it introduces itself and what it may do is described in the AI disclosure.
Who can use Call Helper
You must be at least 18 years old.
Account
You can prepare tasks without an account. To start calls you sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to your Google account or email secure: you are responsible for the tasks started from your account.
Prices and payment
Calls are paid from a prepaid balance in euros. You top it up by card through Stripe, from €5 to €200 at a time. There is no subscription.
Calls are billed by the second at the price per minute shown on the pricing page. Calls that do not connect (no answer, busy, or a failure before connecting) are free. A call that connects is billed by its duration, even if only an answering machine or silence answers.
Refunds of unused balance
A topped-up balance is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
Calls and recordings
Each call is recorded and transcribed so that you can check the result; the recording is deleted 30 days after the call. For calls to Germany we keep only the transcript, and ElevenLabs deletes its copy 30 days after the call. The assistant books or agrees to something on your behalf only if you allowed it in the task. You can stop a running task at any time.
Your responsibility
You decide which calls are made and what the assistant asks or says. Your task must be lawful. Do not use Call Helper for:
- spam or unsolicited advertising calls;
- anything unlawful, harassment or threats;
- deceiving the person called or pretending to be someone else;
- calls to emergency numbers.
Results
The assistant is an AI and can make mistakes: misunderstand, report wrong information or not reach anyone. Check important results yourself. Its results are not legal, medical or financial advice. We do not guarantee that a call reaches someone or achieves your goal.
Availability
We work to keep Call Helper available but cannot guarantee it: calls depend on our telephone and AI providers and can fail. We may change, add or remove features.
Ending the use
You can stop using Call Helper at any time and ask us to delete your data at info@call-helper.eu. We may block an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
Liability
We are not liable for the results of the calls or for damage from using the service, to the extent the law permits.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the service changes. The current version is always on this page; a change does not affect calls already made.
